Our exploration package give clients a low-risk way to evaluate our capabilities while gaining immediate, tangible value. These packaged engagements are priced at a lower-cost and shorter term so you can test-fit our approach, communication style, and deliverables without a long-term commitment.
This packages includes:
Initial business assessment: A focused review of your organization’s core areas — operations, internal infrastructure, project management, and personnel. We review key documents, interview stakeholders, analyze workflows and performance metrics, and identify immediate strengths, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Recommendations: INDEP will provide clear, prioritized guidance to standardize and improve high level operations. Recommendations include role and responsibility definitions, organizational chart, and internal infrastructure suggestions and templates.
Engagement: (1) month only, virtual meeting once weekly, and INDEP will work on objectives discussed indpendently

Mid Level -$3,750
Move from broad discovery to a more extensive engagement cultivating a deeper understanding, refining clear templates, and developing practical, actionable implementation plans that guide day-to-day and long term execution.
This packages includes:

Mentorship: Support with project issues and urgent matters as they arise. Ability to reach out for immediate assistance, escalation management, or to set up a call to resolve critical issues.
Engagement: (3) month minimum, virtual meeting once weekly, and INDEP will work on objectives discussed independently

Executive Level - $6,500+
Executive-level advisory services provide the deepest practice of operational development, delivering structured implementation of proven practices and ready-to-use templates. These services go beyond process design to define clear roles and titles, craft precise job descriptions, and establish objective employee evaluation systems. This package allows greater mentorship access and opportunities to support guidance for unplanned issues that arise.
This packages includes:
Initial business assessment: A focused review of your organization’s core areas — operations, internal infrastructure, project management, and personnel. We review key documents, interview stakeholders, analyze workflows and performance metrics, and identify immediate strengths, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Recommendations: INDEP will provide clear, prioritized guidance to standardize and improve all levels of operations. Recommendations include templates, role and responsibility definitions, organizational chart, and internal infrastructure suggestions and templates.
Oversight and implementation support: Oversight to translate recommendations into practice. Services can include project planning and management, change management support, training for staff, hands-on process implementation, and periodic progress reviews to ensure consistence performance and impact.
Mentorship: Support with project issues and urgent matters as they arise. Ability to reach out for immediate assistance, escalation management, or to set up a call to resolve critical issues.
Engagement: (6) month minimum, virtual meeting once weekly, in person visit to client’s work location once weekly for an extended duration, and INDEP will work on objectives discussed indpendently
